By placing an order you, the buyer are offering to purchase a product on our website, that will be made to order and are subject to the following “Terms of Sale”. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Prices advertised are subject to changes.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
You must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card, to place an order our website. We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone, for any reason, and at any time. Once your order is accepted we will inform you by email. We will confirm the authenticity of the order. This will usually be, our website or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party, we are not acting as either agent or principal, and the contract is made between yourself and the third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply to you. All orders are placed in USD.
One of a kind Orders are generally shipped within 5-to-7 business days, and you will be notified via email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Made to Orders are generally shipped within 15 -to-20 business days, and you will be notified via email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, we will contact you to review the specifications if applicable to your request.
Special Orders are welcomed. We will provide an estimated shipping date, and you will be notified via email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Upon your authorization of the special order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to place the custom order and the balance will be charged when the order ships. All special order sales are final.
If we are unable to make contact you within 48 hours of placing an order, we will treat the order as cancelled.
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order, and you will receive a full refund and Notice of Cancellation email.
Local sales tax of 8.875% will apply to all orders shipped to addresses within New York State.

All items in good condition can be returned within 15 days of the shipped date for a refund.
